1. Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in the original packaging along with the invoice/bill.
- Perishable or opened food items are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund, as per your preference.
4. Non-returnable Items
- Opened food items, bulk packs, or customized orders.
- Items returned without original packaging/invoice.
