Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued as per our Refund & Return Policy

  • Kindly provide your Order ID and registered email/phone number for verification.

3. Cancellation by Company

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of:
  • Non-availability of stock.
  • Payment issues or incomplete transactions.
  • Incorrect shipping/billing details provided by the customer.
  • Orders flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.

In such cases, the full payment (if received) will be refunded to the customer.

4. Bulk / B2B Orders

For wholesale and bulk orders, cancellation terms may vary as per the sales agreement.
