Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • We currently accept the following secure payment methods:
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, etc.)
  • Debit Cards / Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Wallets and Payment Gateways (as available)
  • Bank Transfer (for bulk / B2B orders – details will be provided upon request)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available only for selected pin codes and order values.

2. Payment Security

  • All online transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
  • We do not store your card, UPI PIN, or banking details on our servers.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with details.
  • For Bank Transfer / B2B payments, orders will be confirmed only after receipt of payment.

4. Failed Transactions

  • If your payment fails but the amount is debited, it will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 working days.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. B2B / Bulk Orders

  • For wholesale and B2B clients, payment terms may vary (Advance, Part-Payment, Credit Period) as per agreement with the Company.
