At Rural Eats Agro Foods Private Limited, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values (as per promotions).
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order status directly through the courier partner’s website/app.

5. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

  • If your package is damaged or items are missing, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
